Jamf is a long-standing leader in Apple device management, and Jamf Pro is its flagship MDM for Mac, iPad and iPhone. It is built around configuration profiles, packages and policies.

Aikido Device Protection integrates with Jamf Pro using a signed configuration profile and an install policy. The profile approves the system extension silently, enables the network content filter, and locks the background service against user changes. The agent installs through a policy set to run once per computer, with a follow-up restart policy to finish activation. Jamf’s built-in CA signs the profile so newer Apple payloads deploy correctly.
