GitHub Enterprise Server is GitHub's self-hosted product, deployed on-premises or in a customer's private cloud for organizations that need to keep source code and data inside their own infrastructure. It includes GitHub's native Issues feature for tracking bugs, tasks, and feature requests, with labels, assignees, milestones, and Projects boards, scoped to that private instance.

• Aikido connects by creating a GitHub App directly on the customer's GitHub Enterprise Server instance, installed into the organization(s) you want linked. If the server isn't reachable from the internet, the connection goes through the Aikido Broker.
• Uses the same task-creation model as Aikido's other GitHub integrations: manual creation per finding from the Aikido feed, or automatic bulk creation (hourly) with a configurable severity threshold, issue type filter, daily ticket limit, and scope.
• Created issues link back to the originating Aikido finding and can auto-close once Aikido marks the issue resolved.
